  I had an appointment here and showed up on the wrong day. Usually the banks are so busy now that they can’t take walk ins. The bank manager Colin helped me realize my mistake but took me anyways and personally helped me set up my account. He gave me advice on how to manage and reduce fees I may be accruing on other accounts some not even with chase. Outstanding customer service and one of the more pleasant experiences I’ve had at a bank these days!

  Had an issue with my online banking being locked - Colin went above and beyond to make sure that the issue was resolved! Great location, and great service.

  I liked the staffs there. They were very helpful, friendly and professional. Just a heads up: I went there today and the door is locked, there was a paper said it is temporarily closed even though on Google map, it is marked "Open".

  Can't be any happier to have a Chase bank nearby staffed by the most attentive people. It does feel weird when two or three bankers want to help you and you only needed to use the ATM.

  Real friendly service. Great location parking can be tuff sometimes. Usually park down the street walk to bank. No drive thru ATM.

  No access to ATM?! Some mornings the door to lobby unlocked. Others not. No consistency.
