  Melanie Madden is a DREAM realtor. We ended up meeting her by chance when we were trying to see a place on Zillow...and we knew right away she was a great fit. She worked with us throughout the process, guided us, and encouraged us when things didn’t always work out - because eventually they do! She helped us sell our condo and buy a new home with closing ON THE SAME DAY so our loan would go through! She is SO thoughtful, kind, and smart. She is amazing at her job. Even after her job was over, she still stayed in touch and helped us get connected to vendors for updates and repairs. I can’t recommend her highly enough!

  Stephen was incredibly knowledgable, helpful and ultimately we sold our home for much more than we expected! He came over and we did a full run through of the house and all of it's perks together. He helped stage the house very well and made sure we were aware of all the things we could do in order to sell the house for what we wanted. We were very much pleased!

  I met James Unger/Realtor a little over a year ago at an open house where he was the seller's agent. We hit it off instantly and he was great with my family as we toured the house. We expressed our interest and exchanged information. At that moment I knew that he would be "my guy" to help me buy a house. James has led me from start to finish during this process. He his responsive and extremely knowledgeable. If there were any questions that I had, he was consistently one step ahead of me and already had gotten an answer. I put my trust in him to help me with my house search based on my family's needs, and James was spot on, as well as with the negotiating process. Needless to say, I'm very fortunate to have met him that day at the open house, and for him to help me find my first house. And I'll go to James for any future needs because he's "my guy", and he could be yours as well!!

  I found Marco through his first time homebuyer training video on Facebook. After watching his video, I scheduled a call with him. He helped walk me through all of the steps of buying a home, as a first time homebuyer. He connected me to a lender & my partner & I were able to get pre-approved for a loan years before we thought we’d be able to. Marco helped us set realistic expectations for the type of home we could afford in this market & shared tips on how we could write a competitive offer even with limited cash for a down payment/closing costs. We saw 2 houses with Marco & decided to put an offer on the second house. Ours was one of 15 offers, and we got it! We are so thankful for Marco’s knowledge & support. Without him, we’d be renewing our lease right now! Marco was there to answer every question & help us problem-solve throughout the entire process.   Met Jean from 8z very early in the house finding stages not knowing what we were looking for. She had great patience with us helping explaining the ins and outs of buying a home. Her recommendations for potential homes led us down the right path and we were able to get an offer in/accepted at the price we wanted! Experience was nothing short of stellar from start to finish.   Lyndi Martoia is an excellent realtor. As first time home buyers we were in the dark as to much of the process, and Lyndi was always attentive with answers to our questions. She was very easy to get in touch with whenever we needed help and she guided us smoothly through the process. She is also just a friendly and trustworthy person -- no b.s. and I'd trust her to tell me if she doesn't like something. Her other colleagues at 8Z, especially Bob Terry (our loan officer) were also very helpful.
