  Steve, Clifton, and the rest of the team really came to the rescue for me! I was in the middle of escrow when I had to change lenders. Scary times! But they made the transition easy, fast, and fun. Steve’s straightforward, non-critical style of communication reassured me that I was working with the right lender. Clifton was very knowledgeable, sent sufficient emails - never more than needed, and was very responsive. They really pulled all the stops to make this loan happen AND we closed a day earlier than was projected. If you’re looking for a lender who will get the job done and make it fun, look no further! Seriously, we had some good laughs too! I will definitely be using this team again in the future.

  Unfortunately I had a terrible experience with Devin and Dave. I bent over backwards trying to make sure I was on track for closing and was taken as a joke or that's how it felt. Keep in mind this was my first home I was buying. I will never recommend anyone to use them this was absolutely terrible we closed about 2.5 weeks later. And honesty I'm furious with the actions and consequences I've had to deal with because of them.
