  I am always treated with the utmost respect here. There is free Coffee @ this location and 10 min Parking is Free in the Garage of Portola®. My Deposits are so easy with you guys! Thanks for your Awesome customer service!

  Excellent service and phenomenal parking (validated covered parking, which is as good as it gets in my book!), always a huge plus in the tiny historic district here in Monterey. Highly recommend this branch, very professional, yet warm & personal. I had very little wait time due to the managerial organization evident.

  I would seriously avoid chase. Not only in Monterey do they have no ATM, but they dont even have partnerships, so you end up paying 3.50 every time you withdraw using an ATM, and I've been charged an extra 2.00 for using a different banks ATM...so a total of 5.50 charge to withdraw 20. Then, if your account gets over drawn, the charge you over 50 percent as a penalty You go 60 negative? The first thing you'll notice is that chase charges you 34 more dollars. For not having money... And if you cant recover within a few days, more charges... They are hawks, and they care little about you as a person, chase treats people like walking wallets, and it is obvious. I am a veteran, and I have no benefits at chase, the special account that I "didnt have to meet any requirements for because (i am) a veteran" got taken away because I didnt meet their requirements. Chase continually makes it harder for me to earn money and keep it. I would avoid this bank at all costs. I've learned my lesson the hard way, its just good it wasnt my main bank account. I might have LOST money

  Not very friendly or helpful. They spend a lot of time telling you what you can't do and what's not available, instead of providing solutions. I've been coming there for 4-5 months and most of the time I feel unwanted and in their way. Note that I have a business account, two personal checking and one savings account.

  Very courteous and knowledgeable staff. They make the customer a priority and I really felt like my needs were taken care of. Update:. They even validate parking!

  I am 81 and would have to say that the Monterey Chase Bank has the best bank manager I have known.

  One teller on a Monday morning after a holiday is inconsiderate to the customers time. Business with cash deposits alone can take 20 minutes. They should be able to figure this out.

  One of the best Chase customer service Ive been to. After I came in, worker immediately said someone will be there shortly to help me. Nice people.

  I worked with Kimberely yesterday at 11:30am (it is 8/20/17) and she helped me reverse a fraud. Wonderful experience :)
