      Worst experience with a bank ever. The branch manager Evan, had an opportunity to create a positive experience and earn a good customer but failed miserably. I will never do business with Chase as a result of my experience with this branch. I would encourage you to not do business here either.

      We have been a Chase bank member for over 40 years. Not once have we ever thought switching banks. Always have received the best customer service, rates, and advice.

      Bank staff displayed a lack of knowledge for the insurance claim process, provided false information to my family, and made a critical error in a simple fax transmission. Customer service line also offered little assistance. All around miserable experience provided to a long term customer. My family will never bank with Chase again!

      Just walked into the bank in Hamburg and they didnt have “enough time” to open an account. The first lady acted as though I didnt have any money and the 2nd guy just didnt have enough time.. tyler? Well Tyler can explain why his bank just passed up a substantial deposit into his bank. He can tell the Manager how much he passed up. Ohh by the way, Im sitting in a bank across the street and they gladly took their time, stayed a few minutes past closing and opened an account for me.
