      This was my first visit and never going to be coming here ever again.... the banker was rude and wasted my time for no reason... all I came in for was to take out the name from my sister account and the banker said he can't do anything because I'm not a US citizen.. when I opened the bank account all I need was a id. And to close it is need to be US citizen??? He's not sitting in a immigration office nor he's a immigration officer.. worst visit... first and last.

      This is the slowest bank I've ever been too. There's always one or two tellers open and two more talking behind the glass. Then there's 5 bank associates out in the main area asking how can we help you? Then they have the nerve to have a attitude if customers get frustrated waiting on the SLOW line for the teller. I hope it not this way because there main customers is BLACK PEOPLE!!!!!! This bank SUCKS!!! I WILL NEVER OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH CHASE!!!!!

      I came here to the branch and the employee David Treminio lied and said they were unable to help me. Luckily Annie Persaud came to my help and took care of my request. So David should be fired and Annie persaud should be promoted for excellent customer service

      Worst service i have ever seen, you have to wait hours and hours to get some one to help you, there are 6-7 cabins and only one guy is working who is super lazy and very loud mouth, Worst worst worst
