  This is a wonderful team to work with, we were actually working with another bank before and was frustrated with them, till our realtor told us about Ben. We went to see Ben and everything went wonderful, Ben and his team answered every phone call and and every question we had no matter what day of the week. The most important thing we saved SEVENTEEN THOUSAND than the previous bank was charging us on closing. There was no surprises everything was up front regarding our contract and amount to close.   I saw Ben on Facebook. On our initial phone consultation he asked me some questions and explained a few options I had available to obtain a mortgage. I met with him in person at his office with my wife and he walked us through the process step by step. Being first time home buyers we were very nervous, however Ben and his team were very knowledgeable, professional and understanding. I had a couple of credit issues, he helped with that, most of all coming down to closing there were documents I desperately needed. It looked as if the deal would fall through however Ben stepped in worked some magic and we closed on our first home!!! I strongly recommend that if you are looking for someone not only knowledgeable but who also cares about the client and their unique situation Ben is your man! Ben my family can't thank you enough!

  My husband and I met Ben Lavender in 2016. I remember going to his office for the first time to inquire about buying my first home. I remember being worried because this was a big step for us and because our first language is in Spanish so I wanted to make sure I understand the representative and the process clearly. We were very amazed by the way Ben expressed himself. I was able to understand him and his team very clearly and to the point. Since that day for us he is our mortgage expert guy. He is very professional, kind and knowledgeable. He and his team helped my family buy our first home here in the Bronx. They helped me with each step that I had to take and we are very grateful for everything that he did.
