  I stopped at Chase Bank to cash a check. I do not bank with Chase but the check was written on this branch. They asked me if I had an account at that bank and when I said no, there was no problem they went ahead and cashed the check. They did ask if I wanted to open an account there, and when I said no, the teller talked about the benefits of opening an account at that branch. Everyone was nice and I might actually open my own bank account.

  Words cannot express how much I truly appreciate their Great⭐️ customer service! Rollover IRA is not a common occurrence, I called 800 customer service for guidance and go back and forth at the bank and they make me feel welcome to help and assist me. Thank you very much Ryan, Sholeh and specially JAKE! You All make a difference! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Chase Bank at Mission Viejo CA is rolling in the deep! Thank you once again😃.

  This branch has always been friendly and helpful. Ive been banking here for 20+ years. The one major complaint I have is that it takes a long time to get cashiers checks. I've waited for an hour before to get them done and it usually takes a half hour or more. That issue isn't limited to this branch though.

  Worst customer service I've ever had. Switching banks in total, act all friendly until we have an account with you then its nothing but the cold shoulder and disrespectful tellers.
