      The worst bank I’ve had in my life! Completely stereotyped me based on age and race, my account was compromised with no indication and during my accounts review I was deceived many times to get off the phone or out of the branch. I was polite, patient & very articulate. I can’t figure out what I did wrong to deserve the treatment I got. I do not advise or recommend any type of business or banking with this company.

      Worst bank in the entire Volusia County. Cashiers are old and tired and didn't get a transaction done because according to them it was against the Bank's policy. Drove to a different branch and they cordially help me out. The good part is that I bank across the street at Suntrust.

      The teller at the window today March 30th Tracy was her name. She is an awful customer representative and frankly I think it’s just a Chase Bank trait. 4 different branches I’ve been too in a row that were all unhelpful, rude, no knowledge of banking, and under poor management. To you Tracy and the other 3 window workers I suggest the window at McDonalds is better suited for you. I switched to the suntrust right next door and they were extremely helpful perfect customer service and highly recommend! Wish I could give a 0 star.

      This bank is so poorly managed that NO ONE will answer the phone. It's an insult to be a customer which I will no longer be shortly. The odd thing is that they know about it! Call the national banking number they give you when you try to call for an appointment and you get the same "Too Bad" attitude. Yesterday, while I waited to see a "Relationship Banker" Three people, who had been waiting, just got up and left because they could wait no longer. I did the same thing. How many others did the same during that day? I tried calling twice today with the same "everybody is too busy to answer the phone". Is J P Morgan Chase Bank going under? Better get your money out before they do.

      This might be a nice bank but there’s been a Popeyes bag on top of the drive-thru ATM for at least 3 days; someone got so used to the trash they’ve added Wa-Wa cups. I cant imagine this bank is managed well if literally no one does a perimeter check. It’s kind of disgusting to have your car smell like someone else’s discarded food when you try to use the ATM. Maybe I’m a bad citizen for not cleaning it myself.

      Ginger was extremely helpful to me. There are Chase banks all over the states, not like US bank or Capital one which they don't have here in Florida. They worked to fit me in before they closed also! Great customer service.

      Received nearly no service from a snobby arrogant teller who completely stop me from switching my bank to Chase. It was funny how she behaved so up-high and mighty, and looked down to me while she kept asking her colleague how to do her job all the time.

      In 2016 we had an account compromised. We closed the account. They did not pay attention to the items we told them were outstanding and returned them. A few months later my wife went into the bank and asked if we could download the files into our QuickBooks for our 2016 taxes and she was told yes but I would need to go in as I was the owner of the account. When I went in I was told we couldn't have this in digital format by a rep talking on the phone to somome somewhere else period. I feel like I was lied to not to mention now I will have to enter in all transactions by hand. Thank you chase. I wish they had told me to download those files before we close the account!!!!

      Worst Bank! Listen to this Warning! I got a Credit Card from Chase Bank. I used the card 2x's and they called me and asked if I reported my Card stolen? I told them no. They asked me to verify my 2 purchases and I did. They said ok, thanks. I tried to use the card the next day for $48 for gas and it Declined? I called Chase they said the card was reported stolen and I would have to call the fraud dept. I called them and they said my account was closed due to fraud, to wait for someone from the fraud dept to call. I waited 1 month with no call, so I went to the Chase location on Nova Rd. I was told the account was closed and they could not access the account. I asked how I could pay the bill? They said I could not due anything on the account until it was taken out of "fraud" status. They called the fraud dept for me and I was told that once the account was re-activated and I received my new Card I could then go online and make the payment. I waited another month with no contact from Chase. I called, stayed on the phone for 4 to 5 hours and was finally told to again wait for a call from the fraud department... .. .... Finally!! 5 months after I got my Card the Fraud Dept. called me and said everything was ok and I would receive my new Card in a few days. The next day I received another call from Chase and I was told the account was again closed due to no-payment. I said I just got a call yesterday saying that I would receive a new Card in the mail???? The Chase rep said we would not send you a Card on a closed account?? What???? The next day I received the "NEW" Card? So I called Chase, AGAIN! explained what was going on and was told that it was going on my credit that I don't pay my bills? WTF!?!?!?!? Now I have to get an attorney for something I had no control over! DO NOT USE THIS BANK, PLEASE LISTEN TO MY WARNING!

      Faulty machines, went there today to use their outside ATM to deposit money, money was taken by the machine but not accredited to my account, the staff inside were mildly interested in helping in my situation. The issue was eventually resolved after having to call the 1-800 help number and an hour of my time wasted followed by another hour and some change waiting for the money to be accredited to my account.
