Mavii Dee5Went to three different Chase branches in the area looking for assistance with opening a savings account on the app. Nobody took their time to help me except when I walked into this branch and was assisted by Emmanuel Rivera. He took the time to help me trouble shoot and assisted me with cashing a check. I always feel grateful when people take the time out of their day to help. Keep up the good job!

christopher vega112/30/21-drive through ATM has money 50% of the time. I have been with chase for 13yrs...but I just move here from the city....well today I was Mr.Mom I got the kids up dress and drop the older one to school....so have to do some thing before I pick her back up from school. So I go to Chase to get a Bank check and something Notarized with 2 yr old in my arms....basiclly I was told to come back....i said it will take only five mins....they still said no....she was working on something and she is the only Notary....so much for Customer service!!

Joseph Galluccio1I will never do business with this branch again. The manager is a nasty women. Forgot her name , but will contact corporate office tomorrow. Went there yesterday to close out a safe deposit box. Waited over 35 minutes. Went back today only to be told to come back tomorrow. No apologies for the inconvenience whatsoever. Told them I was going on vacation and the box needs to be closed out, because next renewal is on June 14th or I get charged $102:00. She had the audacity to ask me when my vacation is over. I told her it’s not her business..I left her the keys to the safe deposit box and she said she will close it tomorrow so I don’t need to come back again. BAD BUSINESS!!!!

eileen wolfert5Over many years we have used many services available at this bank from teller services, ATM, drive thru, loan dept, help services with individual employees and general inquiries. We have always been treated with respect and every employee has been courteous, efficient and open to our needs. No complaints here. If the drive thru is crowded I go back later. If the lines for a teller ate too long, I return at a less busy time. My experiences with this Chase Bank branch have all been positive.

Rose Candido1Went in to open an account for my daughter. They told me that I needed an appointment, took my number and said they would call me. Three days later and still no call! Horrible customer service. Taking my business else where.

Arianna Mirabilio5I went in hoping to get my first credit, thinking there was no way it was going to happen but it wouldn't hurt to try. I was helped by a WONDERFUL person named Terry Belton. After a horrible week for me this God-send got me approved for my first credit card AND was able to make it come through basically overnight. I have been with chase bank for 8 years now, and the service is always exceptional....but this had to be my favorite banker yet

Christopher Thomas1This is the largest branch in the cortlandt area. I just want to give them business and open an account there. I guess they dont want to add any new accounts. They do not make you feel welcome when you walk in. Tried twice to open an account. Both time was a long wait. My impression is that they dont want my business. Pretty sad.

Brandon Marshall1This place is a joke arrived on a Monday afternoon at 3pm as of now still sitting in the waiting area 47 Minutes later 3:47 pm 2 people in the entire bank working one at the counter and one at the sides helping with credit while I belive it's the bank manager sits in his office and does nothing and didn't bother to help anyone why are there only 2 people here? This place has list my business forever and I am canceling all my chase accounts and Goin to TD I am very busy and don't have time to waste here *update 4:15 still here*
