  Worst place in America to be. Longest wait. And the managers are the worst horrible customer service lazy and rude. I was actually just in the bank and the guy behind the desk basically profiled a customer told him it'll be a while and pretty much say come back tomorrow because he didn't want to deal with him. Chase needs to clean house and fire everyone start fresh with reliable and better staff

  Needed some docs for my employer and even though I got to the bank 10 minutes before they closed I had within 5 minutes the banker named yury to the rescue... she's working overtime! Thanks yury reyes

  Horrible service. I am most sure if it’s becauae they are under staffed or what but you will wait very very long. Even when seeing someone to talk about your account. This chase is HORRIBLE and I don’t recommend anyone coming here to do transactions. It’s unfortunate that this is the only Chase bank close. But I plan on driving further for better service. I waited over 20mins on the drive thru. One person working and the other comes out with a cell phone talking to I don’t know but then messes up my transaction.

  This was my second atempt in one day to open a account. I just want to give them business and open an account there. I guess they dont want to add any new accounts. They do not make you feel welcome when you walk in. IT was a long wait. My impression is that they dont want my business. Pretty sad. With a upstanding name brand like Chase, they should.be more professional.

  Horrible bank! Every time I come here there’s only one person working the counter and a line out the door! If you’re going to make people wait so long, at least offer a chair and refreshments! HIRE MORE EMPLOYEES!!!

  Waited for 40 min. Needed help for my account then she just tells me she only helps people on Mortgage. Wasted my time. They need more people. It is getting to a point of making the bank look bad.

  Anytime of the day either week or weekend is a ridiculous wait time. They only have about 2-3 tellers and one banker.
