      Came to talk to them about something and I stood in front of one of their stand, waiting to ask her something. Instead of helping me, she doesn't even acknowledge me and uses her phone instead, ignoring me. If this wasn't the only local chase bank, I wouldn't even come here.

      Came here to open a business account but asked me to go home and make an excuse to say that the Chase Bank network is not available today. The only thing this place can do is to withdraw money and save money, and then I can go to other Chase banks to apply.

      This is by far the worst Chase bank branch. It puts a damper on the Financial Giant as a whole. I went in 3:30pm on Wednesday and the women told me that she had a couple other people waiting in line and could not help me today?! I had to make sure I was there way before closing so there would not be any issue yet the officer of the bank told me that I wouldnt be able to be helped. How unprofessional and rude. This branch is a disgrace to any other chase bank branches out there. Thank God I have a great branch in Astoria that I go to and that branch which is on 31st street is how a bank should operate.

      My husband and i have accounts at this branch, He's very happy here every one knows him He's treated well. Me not so much I think that I've been treated differently at times being that am a woman by other women that work there. I get everything taking care of with some attitude. The point is I'm there to take care of business and they are good at what they do, everyone has a bad day at some point in time. Plus my husband's handsome and charming so what can I say.

      The workers there are all nice except for one. I went to open an account and my bad luck made the computer freeze. The guy helping me so so blah and immediately wanted to dismiss me and said I should leave and come back later. Why cant you just restart your computer? When I asked him to start again he said ok but he looked annoyed so i decided to take my business elsewhere. Something is wrong with him. He kept falling asleep on me. He kept closing his eyes and nudging off. I felt bad for him and thought he was on a strong medication or had narcolepsy... not once did he explain his behavior or start a conversation and be friendly towards my boyfriend nor I. He just went straight to the point and didn't bother to know me. Sorry but I like people to smile and be courteous to the customer. I felt like an obstacle in his way.

      Today was the worst experience in chase bank college point .when I walked into the branch to ask a simple question about 7.5 $ shown in my account , an associate approached me to tell me that instead of them helping me I could just called a number behind my atm card . Than telling me anyway nobody can help me because they have only 10 mnts left . At the end when i wanted to withdraw my money another person started asking my id than my ssnumber than where I worked than the name of my employer to the point I offered if he wanted also my girlfriend phone number. No professional manners ,no respect , not even a knowledge of the job I think!!!

      very rude, uneducated, poor, disrespectful branch, if i could give a -10 stars I would. They have no respect for their customers. Dirty, terrible branch, do not bank here, not worth the time and the headache they give you at all. I do not recommend here

      Can i rate a 0 for this chase branch? Is everyday worst today is the 3x in a yr the big machine get jammed with over 2k deposit 2 tellers doing nothing no help and tells me to call CS no wonder technology is taking over human on jobs Just that both are as bad here the machine and the employees.

      Don’t waste your time going there for common sense service the employees are lazy and don’t take the Initiative of going above and beyond for customers... Also there notary thats another story in and of itself worst I guess all you need is past a test and your it.
