Tanner Blok1We walked in having to get my fiancé’s paperwork notarized, and the gentleman was willing to help us and was very polite, and he asked his coworkers if they could notarize and they looked at us and told us that they don’t have time. When we walked in, all the workers were just talking to eachother not doing anything. I then tried to cash in my daughters piggy bank and the one lady very rudely said that they don’t have a coin machine. I have never been to a single bank that doesn’t have a coin machine. I did go through chase, but not anymore.

I ordered something for $90 and what I got wasn't even close to what I ordered.They lady I talked to told me it was from China and te return label said NewYork. Long story short they filed a grievance and sent them an email. They are reimbursing me my money. THANK YOU CHASE BANK

Ken Oberdorf1Very difficult to get anyone to answer the phone at this location therefore you cannot set an appointment for services when needed. Highly recommend the other local banks (BMO and National bank)which I have never encountered these type of problems. Was a customer of Chase for 35 years and used them because they have more branches while traveling but just not worth the headaches.

Tanya Tank1I would not recommend to anyone they closed my account without any explanation whatsoever! I was a customer for over 10 years never gave a reason for them to close my account but out of no where I get a letter telling me I have a few weeks to find another bank! Awesome Chase thanks! They could use my money for their needs but I never got anything out of it but go find another bank and sorry we can’t tell you anything further what a joke!

Brian Mann5Been with many banks before here customer service was amazing. I was nervous at first seeing all the negative reviews but know friendly nice and awesome. Very relaxing environment for a Business. The lady's here take there time in explaining new accounts, Business accounts and personal. Emily was the best .. Keep up the good Relaxed environment the only bank to put this in perspective. I love the fact yoga and stress reduction techniques are put into employees on downtimes . I want someone to be clear headed and grounded with my money and in my eyes this shows me worlds. Thank you regardless of anything I'll probably with this company a long time.

chris moses1opened a small business account. they took our money and then restricted it and was unable to do anything with it ...couldnt close it to get our money .gave them all proper documentation even my attorney said everything was correct and they still kept account froze for ten days and then said they would mail a check .I lost weeks of work and my crew was unable to get paid.there lack of caring and pushing it off to the cooperate office ...dont bank with them .......

Elyse Corley1Apparently nobody here likes to answer the phone. We’ve also tried to deposit checks into the account and three weeks later, the money is still not in. I have no idea what else to do as I’ve been given the run around from everyone, including the branch manager. I’m promised daily the check will go in and then it doesn’t. It’s absolutely ridiculous and the worst customer service I’ve ever had to deal with.
