  My wife and I are in the process of building/purchasing our first home at the Fond du Lac location on Main Street. Kris Saiberlich and the team at National Exchange have been fantastic from the beginning. Going into this we had no knowledge, so he’s been sure to walk us through the process step by step. It has made what could be an extremely stressful time, very comfortable and easy. We started the build during peak construction time and Kris worked diligently to make sure things went through quickly and accurately. He recommended we take advantage of their construction loan which has given us more financial flexibility. It’s been such a great experience we’ll be moving all of our accounts to National Exchange!!!

  I’ve got to work with Dean Vollmer for the last few years and my experience was great. He is a true proffesional in his field.   I was a member of National Exchange Bank for a long time many years ago and had horrible customer service experiences - only when calling the 1-800 after hours number. The faces in the banks were always very friendly, but the after hours number reps. were not so nice. So, I switched banks and eventually down the road ended up with American Bank. American Bank has always been a great bank in my eyes, filled with friendly familiar faces who are always willing to help. I found out about the merger with National Exchange Bank and was a little put off, being my past experience and that I didn't get verbiage on it - just a new debit card for my checking account. It took some digging, but the very friendly CSR's at the FDL NEBAT Branch were able to catch me up to speed and made my "bad thoughts" about that bank go away. That was until I called the 1-800 after hours line over the weekend, during the merger. They were very rude, nasty, and inconsiderate towards me and the questions I had, just like my past experiences. Ironically, after my appalling phone call, Google asked me to rate NEBAT. Which I did, one star. I am changing that today though. Yet again, American Bank out of Brownsville - now National Exchange Bank, changed my thoughts. I am unsure if I will contact the after hours number again, but the actual reps in the banks themselves are nothing short of AMAZING. I love my bank, regardless the name, strictly because of the friendly faces and amazing service you get from banking in the Mayville and Brownsville branches. You are missing out if you don't bank here!

  This has got to be the friendliest, fastest working bank I've ever had to deal with. Jeff Hayes was very patient and helpful with getting my company a business loan.

  Ashley was a fantastic lender. She is very informed on all things to do with loans and responds to any questions ASAP. Our mortgage loan went through with absolutely no hassle. We will definitely be using her again.
