Sam Robilotta1Install the outside atm again and I’ll change this rating. This is rediculous it’s been gone for months. It’s a pandemic and no one wears masks so you have people in the waiting to get to the atm without a mask in a small room. The outside thing to get in the building doesn’t work with the phone to let you in. Annoying.

Mike S1On my visit to Chase today they were still closed for the Coronavirus. I scanned my card to use the ATM in the lobby, but there was no pen there. There were however four employees sitting on the couch, looking at their phones. I could see pens everywhere inside the bank. I asked if I could have a pen and the manager walked over and said no and that they were closed. I get that it's not his policy but it wouldn't have taken much effort to kick one under the door.

Mario Juarez1Wife and I have had this account for over 26 years. Today with over two hours before closing time, it took 15 to 20 minutes to have someone explain to me I needed to come back next week to open account. I walked into another bank and they open my new account in 20 minutes. No one cares how much you know until they know how much you care. So much to think about for my next transaction.

Satish Viswanathan1Just now stopped for notary and got a response that banker is busy for the entire day and there was not a single soul other than me! Being a premier account holder it sounds ridiculous for get a single notary signature and cant spare less than 5 minutes!! Not sure the lady at reception needs more training for her job.
