  You need to keep your grounds clean. The ATM is frecuently down.

  There is a teller call box in the same lane as one of the atms. We didn't realize this until we sat behind someone a very long time. They were using the teller call box. We eventually got out of line to go into the bank and as I'm writing this that car is still sitting in the drive through.

  I stopped in to get a temporary debit card until my actual debit card arrived, since my current one was canceled due to identity theft. It was between 9am and 10am on 15 AUG 2018. I was told by a teller I’d have to talk to a banker. Well, there was only one on the clock and I waited for roughly thirty minutes before I was seen. The lady who was supposed to provide this service was extremely rude and short with me, and said I couldn’t get an atm card without cancelling the card that was in the mail. Well that didn’t help me, nor did it make sense since you get an atm card when you open the account while you wait for your debit card in the mail. Now, if that’s procedure, fine, but there’s no reason to be rude. Just a decibel higher and she would have been shouting at me. Further, that information should have been divulged to me when I inquired about it with the teller, rather than wasting my time when I could have just gone back to work. I needed to make online transactions, but without my card I couldn’t, and was provided no alternative. So, I guess that alternative is finding a different bank.

  I come here once every week or two for withdrawals and deposits. The lines (both inside for the teller and the drive-up ATMs) can get surprisingly long during certain peak periods. Surprisingly, the interior ATM machine is almost never busy. Staff is friendly, but seem a bit overworked/understaffed.

  Friendly, courteous staff. Inside ATM machine is great! Can do deposits, withdrawals and get cash in various denominations.

  NASTY FILTHY PARKING LOT!!!!!! FROM WALMART TRASH AND GOD KNOWS WHAT ELSE!!!! CLEAN THESE FILTHY LOTS REGULARLY AND STOP WAITING FOR A CUSTOMER TO COMPLAIN ABOUT IT!!!!!
