  This place is horrible! There's 2 men that sit in the front that ignore you until you ask them a question, RUDE! Then the title lady is never here or ready to do work then when you finally get to meet with her she has an attitude. Its really unprofessional and sad. They take advantage of the fact that they are the only title place in Gentilly but money spend anywhere if you want good service for your money don't go here

  Horrible customer service. I was there for 40 mins. I stept outside the door for a few moments and I was almost not seen because the employee there wanted to go to lunch. She ended up seeing me but had a bad attitude, and was very difficult and was no help at all when I needed clarification on the process I needed to go though to get the car title for the car I just bought into my name. I will never visit any ABC title again.

  Had Me Waiting Til One Person Went To Lunch At 2pm. Them Kept Me Waiting Till 4pm. I Stayed Cause I Needed The ID Card. Very Slow And Unfriendly Staffers... Never Again.
