Chase Bank Reviews

Shaniece Slowe5Chase has COVID protocols in place that can make getting help a little difficult, especially if you don't schedule a meeting. If you need any help with your account, I recommend to book a meeting online through your account before stopping in. But besides that, the staff here is really friendly and helpful. Jake was helpful with identifying the issue with my account and Michael helped me to resolve it and gave me useful information for the future. There is also a lady who walks around making sure everything is running smoothly, and she was very friendly, too.

Tim Ryan1An employee informed me he couldn't help me with my issue - as he had "upcoming appointments". So he gave me a support number to call instead. I then watched him put his coat on, and leave for lunch break. I sat in a Chase Bank phone tree for 3 hours until my issue was solved. Incredible.

John Mitchell1Randomly closes during normal banking hours. ATM has multiple times eaten my cash without reflecting deposited money in my account.

Sonia-Rose Lyle5Professional and helpful bank employees The best time to go in is between 2:30-3:00pm since the wait time is less than ten minutes.

Tony Cisco5EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! It's a BANK! Not a candy store..! I do not particularly like banks. People tend to be too superficial for me! But this Chase Branch is quite small. They have packed alot of stuff in such a small space! It is a very busy office. I noticed that anytime an employee is not busy they offer their assistance to any waiting customers. They are VERY courteous. Helpful. Professional. I like it this Chase Bank branch!! For those of you who write negative reviews about the Customer Service... Maybe if you approach these people with YOUR behavior... attitude courtesy... in check, or tried to set an example of how to interact with others maybe, just maybe, your experience might be more pleasant... just a thought! I'm just saying, put yourself in their shoes for a moment. I have not talked to anyone at this branch that I did not genuinely like. Honestly! So... Maybe...just Maybe...the problem...is...YOU! And YOU can make your experience better! It's easy!

Nick1Lazy bankers and associates would rather chat among themselves instead of helping customers. It was toward closing time and I was finishing up rolling coins, instead of offering to help a banker told me to hurry up because they legally had to close down 15 minutes after closing time. That was definitely a lie because a customer is still talking to another banker (in their office) and I ended up leaving 20 minutes after closing time. The tellers were "alright", but could have been more helpful. As a customer you should not feel like you're inconveniencing a business, otherwise I'll take my business else where. Fix your associates/bankers attitudes to think "customer first" especially if the customer didn't ask for help or make a fuss when there isn't a coin counting machine.

Leo Noya5Recently visited to open an account and was greeted by friendly employees. The banker who helped me was great and helped me understand the products I needed to get started. Overall, great experience for my first time ever at a Chase bank.

bepos1luv ok2I came in yesterday(4pm) and two employees walked right pass me and neither one of them greeted me. When I got in line to see the teller, this cocky employee, as he was leaning on the desk decided to say something after, noticing I helped myself to a pen. This is the unfriendliest and unprofessional Chase I've ever visited. Therefore I will not be back. If employees don't like their job or pick and choose who they want to speak to, they shouldn't be in customer service. However I will say the female teller was very professional and courteous.

Brian1Opened up a corporate account here with Sean from Ireland. I had a question yesterday and left a message with a co-worker for him to call me back since he was at lunch. He decided not to call me yesterday or today. Now today (friday) no one there answers there phone and they don't have a voicemail. Called a dozen times so far. Very unprofessional branch but other branches have the same issue of not ever answering their phones. Back to when I opened my account I had scheduled an appointment with a banker and upon arriving he told me it was going to be another 20 minutes and felt like it was OK as if my time wasn't valuable.
