Angel Vazquez1Their ridiculous policy on not giving change makes no sense to me. I can’t exchange a $10 bill for quarters, or for 10 $1 bills because I’m not a member. Even if I was a member, it would be a waste of time to verify that I’m a member just to exchange an amount of money for the exact same amount of money. I’ve tried multiple times thinking maybe that teller was having a bad day, but no, they never will. Legit any other bank will make change no questions asked, but walking a block further in Chicago winter can be rather inconvenient sometimes. Not sure if this is a draw to get more customers but it really puts me off on ever wanting to do business here.

MC Griffin5Don't quite understand the one star review of this bank, the person who posted has posted mostly one stars, I do understand wanting to be sure and post warning stars, but our experience of this bank is fabulous. We used to have to go to the Loop to talk with our bankers, every banker we have worked with is able to handle our accounts. Friendly professional service. It's true in a small neighborhood bank, people might be out to lunch but they aren't out to lunch on service. We highly recommend BMO Harris. I also appreciate the easy drive through even though it doesn't yet serve cappuccinos.

L5Im new with the bank so I can’t really comment on how I feel about it yet, however, they do provide great customer service at this branch. Opening accounts was really smooth and stress free. Staff over the counter are always polite and friendly! Keep up the good work!

JML1I went in for a roll of quarters (because it was convenient for me by a few blocks) and got lectured by the teller THROUGHOUT THE TRANSACTION that their quarters are REALLY only for their customers. Oooookay, lady, don’t you worry, you’ve all but guaranteed I won’t EVER come back. 👍🏼
