  Don't waste your time driving to the bank. It's always packed and their atms never work. Won't take cash/checks for deposit and it won't dispense cash either so then what's the point of having a useless atm.

  If they have the "Well Health Safety Seal" sticker on the window then Why is the lobby closed??? Way to slow to get a simple withdrawal or deposit a check. Employee's and tellers are nice, they just need more of them!

  Amazing service from a Woman by the name of Ilse Ortega. I had an issue with my account. She was able to help to the best of her ability and I'll just say this... SHE IS A STRESS RELIEF. 2 thumbs up in my book!

  This branch seems to be very understaffed. They never greet you, and the lines for drive thru banking or to see a teller are always very long. If you're looking to bank at this location then you're looking at a minimum of a 20-30 minute wait. They only have 2 tellers at all time, one working the drive thru and the other one working the regular teller lines.

  The lobby Atm is a safety concern! Can see screen so you need to cup both hands to see. So when you do that it become a safety concern can't see the people around you.

  The times Ive been here and spoke to a banker never had an issue Patricia helped me with an issue I had with my account and she was polite funny and efficient.

  WOW! 1 star is TOOO MUCH! I have NO words to describe the complete and utter INCOMPETENCE in this branch. What a joke. It's a scary thought those immature , rude , hateful people are in control and have access to ALL our personal information. It's terrifying😟

  Omg I've been here twice in the past two days for the same problem. They have no customer service. They don't even acknowledge there customers when they walk in. I waited and waited to be seen by a banker. While the manager just sat there and watched at how many people kept coming in the door and signing in he did nothing.
