      There's no resolution to any issues that you have with this bank and/or branch I just don't understand it. You go there a manager's never available They tell you to wrong information and then when you handle things in the best way you feel is the correct one they don't want to take ownership responsibility for inconveniences and expenses even today I spoke to two different people One guy literally had to apologize to me for the other one giving me the wrong information but yet they don't want to take the responsibility for that information and customers acting out on it You call them no one ever answers the phone when you go there no one speaks to you or helps you to your appropriate way You're lucky if you find a nice lady here or there but I don't know what kind of manager this is I just opened my account up not even 6 months ago with this company and I am literally about to file a complaint with the FTC unethical uncouth on professional inconsiderate and what's really sad is the bank loses nothing We pay service fees and everything is insured with the bank and they do not give a proper customer care or service if you call the 800 number you get people hanging up on you and not giving you the right information You go to your branch the manager is not there something needs to be done and we need to all instead of stop instead of complaining here on this website we need to start complaining to the FTC

      Had an appointment with Dikun Lui at 11AM. Went there at 11 to see she is already with someone. We waited there till 12 but still didn't call us. So what is the point of appointment? Several other tellers wanted to serve us but everytime they ask her she says 5 mins. Worst experience.

      Customer service is very good, the problem is the long lines there is not enough tellers, Forest Hills is a very busy area.

      If you want to do a quick transaction don't come here. They put up 3 machines and left only 2 tellers. The machines was so the line would be shorter. Well they are wrong. Now I'm here longer than ever. Replacing the human aspect with machines was the worst idea ever. Line is always long and takes a long time. It's sad because they have such a nice staff and now they did away with their best asset. The funny thing is they already had 4 machines. And had room to put up 2 more without the need of doing away with the tellers. It's the classic case of "them" saving money at the expense of the clients.

      Thank goodness they added extra tellers after all the new machines were installed. Staff is always accommodating and helpful. Please continue staffing the tellers during busy hours and especially Friday afternoon. Keep up the great customer service!

      With the installment of new ATM machines replacing tellers, the efficiency of the bank increased while personal customer service decreased. The machines are easy and quick to use. The wait for a live teller is 3 times as long.

      Anthony DellaPolla is the worst. Very unorganized and unprofessional. It was a nightmare dealing with Anthony. Worst experience ever. If you are planning to buy a property stay away from Anthony he is terrible

      Terrible customer service. I was trying to speak with a banker to set up a new account. I ended up waiting a very long time because nobody told me to sign the check in form that wasn't visable to me. Once I found out, it was too late. A lady started calling other people's names. I brought my concerns to her attention and she bassicly said "sorry your name isn't on the list I can't help you". So rude, guess I'm taking my business to city bank.
