      had an awesome experience the other day working with Kelly. She was so sweet and helped me with all of my needs! The bank can always be kinda intimating but she made me feel welcome and addressed my concerns. Thank you Chase Lindon!!

      We’ve recently started banking at this branch and love it. One teller knows me by name. We recently went in with two little kids and everyone was very helpful and friendly. Everyone is knowledgeable and easy to work with.

      Bank manager was asked to assist with an issue that I was having with my account. Rather than be helpful to me or the clerk she immediately took to an aggressive tone of voice and a condescending attitude. Before you choose a display of emotional unintelligence you should think twice about your actions. Word of advice, choose a different location. Same bank, different personnel.

      I don't know what the problem is at this branch, but don't go here. Many of the employees don't know what they're doing and their hours are unpredictable (i.e. closed in the middle of the day, temporary hour notices posted on the front door all the time). I've been a customer of Chase for about a decade and lived in multiple states during that time. This isn't a criticism of Chase and I've never had a problem with the Chase branches in Orem or Provo, but there's something wrong with this one in Lindon. Employees at the Orem and Provo branches have said they've received multiple complaints about the Lindon branch. They said a manager quit unexpectedly and they've had a hard time finding a replacement. I don't know what's going on here, and why they can't get it together, but don't go to this branch.

      I urgently needed to have a notary sign a document for me. It wasn’t until she reviewed the document that she caught an error and fixed it for me. The customer service I received from Cara was super helpful and exceeded my expectations! Very grateful for her assistance and patience with me :)

      Tried to open an account and was told no branches had available appointments for 3-4 days. Don’t know how their service is after having an account and never will

      Haven't had any problems with this location, staff seem friendly too. I would go inside tho as the drive through tends to be slow and there is always a motorcycle parked there and the second window is never open.

      I came at 5pm to be able to open a checkings account. They close at 6 so I thought I had plenty of time and I was being respectful of their schedule. I waited for 15 minutes so someone could come and ask me to do it myself online because the only person taking care of that was taking a while with another customer. I had already done my own research and had several questions. I would have never driven in rush hour just to be told to go and do it myself online. Terrible customer Service. I've heard Chase is one of the most, if not the most solid bank but with experiences like these I'm not sure if I actually want to do business with them. The lady seemed in such a rush and answered 2 questions for me and just wanted me to leave with the idea of getting a coupon and be done with it. This is not how you do it.

      I’ve specifically come to this branch multiple times because Juan Gonzalez, the person who handles the business accounts, has been so helpful in many different situations where I needed things for my business. One of the best things I like is that you don’t feel like you’re “just another customer” or that he’s just rushing you through. He really takes the time to understand your issue and make sure that it’s totally resolved.

      At this location I experienced really Bad Customer service. Not sure of their own procedures when cashing checks. A lot of “I don’t know” and not enough “let me find out” Then I wanted to open an account and he told me he wanted to go home early, so he didn’t have time. Told me to come back Monday. Or for me to go to another branch in another city. Such a bad way to have chase look.
