  Most chase bank branches are great to work with. I walked in here and they said they couldn’t help me transfer money from my business to personal account. I wasn’t sure I heard them right and they told me they were set up differently and I could use an ATM. Complete incompetence.

  Been a Chase customer for years and rarely do I have to visit their branches - went to cash a large check and wanted to do it in person rather then though the ATM - was 1h 20m before their normal closing time show up to find the front door locked with someone on the inside telling me they were closed through glass. Terrible customer service.

  Love this branch! Che, Ron, Zach are all very lovely and helpful. They are very friendly too. Tala and Sarah are super friendly! They are always have a smile on their face. I just feel bad that Che has to work with crutches.

  they cant take a cash deposit without a debit card even if u have your id because they do deposits only through atm. they recommend going to the avery rd branch to deposit money without an debit card.
