  On June 22, I had fraudulent charges on my account. I contacted Customer Service and they issued me a new card. Two weeks later, the card hadn't arrived. I went into this Huntington location, and Jack issued me another card to the same address. A week and a half later, still no card. I thought maybe someone was stealing from my mail. I called Customer Service again, and the woman issued me another card, mailing it to my parents house. A week and a half later, NO CARD. I went back into this Huntington location, spoke to Jack again, and he was terribly condescending. He made me feel like an idiot telling me that I wasn't looking at the right paperwork and that I was just missing it. He did nothing to compensate my troubles and made little to no effort to ease the stress of the situation. I have never encountered such an abrasive individual. There is absolutely no reason I should have been without a debit card for 46 days and treated so poorly. I have been banking with Huntington for 6 years, and I have always had good things to say about the company, but after this experience, they have lost my respect.

  I applied with one of this branch’s personal bankers as well as this branch’s mortgage banker to refinance 3 of my investment mortgages at a very competitive interest rate. I told both gentlemen I was going to have back surgery the following day and would be out of action for about 10 days. I told them both I was very interested and wanted to lock in the interest rate we were discussing. I was assured that the interest rate would be locked in and not to worry. Upon returning home after my rather difficult surgery I called and told my banker I was ready to continue. During that ten day period, interest rates increased. Even though I had been assured my interest rate had previously been locked in, I was told my interest rate “Was Not” locked in. I appealed to the branch manager and he denied my claim. I appealed to the regional manager and he also denied my claim. I’ve been a loyal customer of Huntington for 51 years, ever since 1967 when I came to OSU as a freshman and I’ve remained a loyal customer. I am so incredibly angry with Huntington Bank that I can’t see straight. I’d give Huntington Bank a zero if I could!!! Very thankfully, Jonathan Jaynes

  Complete incompetent people working at this location! Can't even spell a name right for a cashiers check! We spelled it right on the original form, still spelled the check wrong. Had to go around the drive thru again, spelled it correctly for them again and yet they still spelled it wrong. It's scary when these people are in charge of your account. Third time they finally got it right.... jesus christ!

  Most poorly run Huntington branch I have ever witnessed. Complete lack of organization and customer service. Go to another one or better yet as I am thinking, bank somewhere else.

  I would just like to comment on the customer service at this location. I have started going to this location because I now work in the area. I have been here about four times now and the customer service has consistently been amazing. I am always greeted kindly And usually by more than one person and if there is a wait ...I am always told hello and they will be with me in just a few moments. I just wanted to say that I appreciate all of the kindness and attentiveness of the staff at this location!

  Needed to get a bunch of things done. Was in and out in no time. Great customer service with social distancing and mask usage! I appreciate that!

  Made an appointment and was left waiting in the lobby for more than 45 minutes. Waste of my time.
