Last 4 times I've come to this location the outside atm was down, this 5th time the inside machine was down. Is this how it's going to be from now on?

Customer service is always prompt, professional, and given with cheerful, confident enthusiasm. It's very important to me that the associates don't make me feel uncomfortable during my visit and this is often easily accomplished by them through something as simple as a kind word and a gentle, friendly smile. There is actually another Chase Bank much closer to my residence, but quite often I choose to go out of my way in order to let the branch on Sullivan Road handle even my minor banking needs. Having a convenient drive-thru doesn't hurt either. This...branch...rocks!
