  Terrible customer service. Very rude. I never have a good experience when coming here or calling. They are so unorganized. They could never answer any of my questions. They always say, I'll call you back. They don't deserve the one star.

  This credit union has left a bad taste in my mouth.. I hope and pray that other credit unions are nothing like them. Everyone that works at the branch on burnham is extremely rude their attitudes are disgusting especially the one that’s pregnant now as of 1/2/2018.. I have asked them over and over again for owners info to report the behavior of his employees and no one has yet to give it. The owner really needs to clean house over there and get some friendly people with customer service skills that don’t mind smiling.. In the meantime I will be closing my account and taking my money elsewhere so i will no longer have to deal with them. That’s a promise . 8/17/2018 credit union stole $27.00 out of my account with no explanation, customer service member and manager were very nasty on phone with me and merchant that they claim to have a hold on my funds. Merchant explained how they work and told them they never experienced anything like this... after he explained manager was quiet for 10 mins I guess trying to come up with something. The merchant also had to tell he your attitude is very nasty . Tried to close my account again and they come up with another reason why I couldn’t close it. And whoever is responding to these reviews are a nobody and has done nothing to train employees on customer service so I’ll be reporting this organization to BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU I’m done playing with you scam artist.

If you are looking for a chain of command, please contact the Credit Union Manager at 708-758-4277 or you can mail a letter/complaint to our Board of Directors, and all comments/concerns will be addressed.

  I love heights auto workers credit union take good care of all their customer's excellent services. Very respectful clean and peaceful environment well organized love security guard staff are all amazing go above and beyond for all customer's. I am glad I have bank with heights auto workers credit union best bank I ever had.

  Credit unions are polar opposites of banks. Membership is the depositor's status as opposed to just "customer" in banks. Get to know the staff cause they are beautiful people. Renember, in credit unions you become a member and your deposit is sort of a family contribution into the family.

  Racist.....lying.....sneaky... Thieves.... Don't take your money or business there. WARNING DONT TAKE YOUR MONEY OR BUSINESS THERE THEY ARE SCAM ARTIST AND WHEN THEYRE IN THE WRONG THERE IS NOTHING YOU CAN DO ABOUT IT. There's no corporate or owner that will resolve any issues to keep your business it's either them with them and their nasty attitudes or leave which is not right at all but my decision as been made thanks to Vickie being racist so as soon as I'm able to close my account which is according to them next week... That's what I'll be doing. Again DONT TAKE YOUR MONEY OR BUSINESS THERE

  All the people except for one lady who has been here forever are rude. They act like everyone is inconveniencing them. This branch does not have regular banking hours either. Closed one day during the week an doesn't open til 1 pm another day.

  Constantly disabling my wife's card so it declines when she gets to the register with a cart full of food, no suspicious charges made just disabled mutiple times for normal transactions

  Really sucks that they have no way of Communication with their members other than just phone. No email or such. I am moving my account to a REAL bank.

  Worse cedit union I've ever encountered will be switching banks very soon wouldn't recommend them to anybody
