Went in to ask a question about fraud on my account, was told to sit at an empty desk...both young girls, one of which the manager (strange as it seems) both walked passed and completely ignored me, pretty sure one made a derogatory comment about me to the other in front of customers. Completely embarrassing, walked out and went to a different branch. Ridiculous
