  Refinancing my home loan with such an experienced crew of mortgage brokers was just what I needed. The other guys (Quicken Loans) were a bit too aggressive and high priced for my liking. Chartwell American Mortgage made the process seamless and pleasant. I would recommend them to a friend dealing with a Texas mortgage or refinancing opportunity 10/10 times.

  When we first started shopping for houses we had our pre-approval letter through Quicken Loans, but after three different offers were rejected we knew we needed to change something. We switched from Quicken Loans to Chartwell American Mortgage and we are so happy we did. Chartwell was responsive—responding to our many questions basically whenever we wanted, they put together a competitive offer that helped us secure a home on our first try after switching! After having our offer accepted, Chartwell worked efficiently to make sure our loan was ready to close in a short time. As a first time home buyer I am glad we chose Chartwell because it made all the difference. Our loan officer, Nathan Myers cared about us like we were family and worked incredibly hard to get us into our dream house. He gave us honest feedback and offered valuable counsel.

  I would trust Chartwell with my life! I couldn't have imagined a better lending experience. This was our first time buying a home, so we wanted to be sure we could find someone that we could trust and someone that would help educate us along the way. Nathan exceeded all our expectations. He was proactive in reaching out to us. He was very timely in getting back to us when we had questions.   Providing good customer service is incredibly difficult for a lot of companies - even, and especially, when business is guaranteed. I take notice when a company puts the customer first. And it is a rare occurrence to find a company who will go out of their way to help when there is no "business" to be had. I have reached out to Nathan, and his team, on numerous occasions just looking to get some advice, and even when they know full-well that that I'm not in a position to "do business" with them, they consistently go well out of their way to help any way they can - facilitate warm introductions, make connections, conduct research on my behalf, etc. The attention to detail, the level of care and understanding, the energy and effort that goes into their work - it's second to none.
