  Rian and his mortgage agency are highly efficient and stay on top of the refinancing process from beginning to end. I could not be more happy with their service. I recently had to refinance a home outside Texas and used an agency in Ann Arbor. The agent delayed and delayed and by the time his manager took over, my rate lock expired. Now I am paying .375 more each month as a reminder that the people we chose to handle mortgages matter, every month for 15 years. I blame Rian for not getting his MI license so I could use his company.

  Rian was awesome to work with. He worked with us on an unusual home purchasing situation and he was available nights and weekends by phone, email, and text. We were able to complete our home purchase even faster than originally requested due to a request from the sellers. I hope to have the opportunity to work with Rian again in the future.

  Not to geek out about a mortgage company, but AMC Mortgage and Rian Roberts were so great to work with! He and his team communicated amazingly well, and even on the smallest details. They were above board with everything, and presented me with opportunities to save money wherever possible. I came out so much better than if I had gone with another company. The gift bag at the signing was a real nice touch, but honestly I feel like I should be the one sending them a gift bag! Thanks guys!!

  Working with Rian and his team was like no other mortgage lending experience I've ever had. Rian ran analysis on my credit report to identify what I needed to pay off to ensure I had the best score possible going into the loan. They made the whole process very easy and I really felt like I was getting "white glove" treatment. It was as if I had paid for the elite mortgage lending package ... and yet it's just the standard service they provide. Their rates were not only competitive, but they found ways to save me money wherever possible. I honestly can't give enough high marks and praise. This is the third home I've bought, and this was BY FAR the best mortgage lending experience I've ever had. Big thank you to Rian and his whole team!!
