    I love all the branches and everyone that they have working there. Jody H in Tooele has been so amazing with everything. Dennis D in mortgage loans is amazing! I have everything through them and I know they are always looking for solutions for all my financial needs on auto and mortgage loans.

    I am so sick of the Branch Management in Grantsville “Jody Hislop”. I had an account there over 20 years ago. About 11 years ago I had to close my account because Jody harassed me every time I cashed a check. She refused to cash any of my checks into my husband’s account. This week we deposited 4 checks , 3 where 3rd party checks. One from my son (over 18)and two where mine. All checks deposited fine and they next day mine where pull back out. We contacted the Chart way help line and the lady said it was very strange that they did that and my checks where waiting to be picked up at the bank. I went to get them and the teller said they were held my Jody in her office. “Of course I thought “ . Anyways she said she sent my checks back to my address because they don’t cash 3rd party checks. “Then why did they deposited my sons check into my husband’s account and his last name isn’t even the same as ours!!! I asked her if this was personal and she said no but Chartway made her do it! Stop blaming others Jody. She has been a awful person to me for years. My husband and I are born and raised in Grantsville and everyone knows everyone. Those checks where to pay for my cancer treatments - Jody you are a so called member of the ladder day saints church so start acting like it!! Things have changed sister……I also am contacting your main office. Hopefully my checks make it back home considering I already signed the back of them and I will deposit them into my Mountain America Account where they treat people like people. Unless you go to church with Jody don’t bank in grantsville.

    Used the ATM on a Saturday the ATM gave me a receipt saying it dispensed my $400 but then gave an error that it couldn't dispense the money to contact my financial institution. I contacted my financial institution they did a dispute against chartway and advised I go in to chartway to get the ATM transactions pulled to get my $400 when I go into chartway today chartway refuses to look up their ATM transactions claims they don't have access to them and says the only thing I can do is a dispute through my financial institution never use chartway they steal from you and refuse to give you your money

    I was a member a longtime ago, I moved to another state and hadn't used their services for a little over 8 years, so I was helping with a charitable cause in the community on my vacation while in utah and needed to get some change, so I figured I would visit that location as I was a member, come to find out they closed my account and would not even give me change, really cause my account is closed you can't help me, even for a charitable cause. If I could give no stars I would the service lacking or a local business caring for people of the community would be an over statement because the service sucks and they dont care.

    Constant interruptions with mobile online banking. Otherwise great customer to client services and respect, plus many ways to help you or save you money or even get job or task done and bills taken care of there is no one i would recommend for you except them. Its the online stuff that isnt quite all there. Definitely still thumbs up all the way!

    The bank itself isn’t terrible but I absolutely hate that it’s a nightmare to talk to someone at the branch. You google their number and it forwards you to a call center.... which always has long wait times. I’ve selected the call back option to avoid waiting on hold and nobody ever calls back. Plus if I finally do get someone on the phone they never seem sure about their answers and recommend I go into the branch to ask. I’ve got small children and that’s not always an option. They’ve also recently added ATMs .... that again replaced the cashiers window and connects you to a call center. Not what I’d expect from a local credit union.
