  The Grantsville team is absolutely amazing. I have been in their location twice and both times they have all been very welcoming. Special shoutout to Ashley who made my experience so easy and painless. She walked me through understanding the process from start to finish and has always made me feel like a priority. Even when when the loan closed, she followed up with me. That follow up was beyond customer service because it made me feel like I was not just a number.

  Ashley my loan officer was amazing! She really stood by me as we kept trying to make different auto loans and travel trailer loans work. I truly appreciate and am thankful for her help!

  My wife and I have been using this Credit Union for some years now. Costumer service has always been spot on, the staff is always friendly and willing to help. The costumer service rep that helped us recently was friendly, knowledgeable and competent. The location we recently done business with was clean and organized, however, the main area is set up odd, it doesn’t flow very well. Other than that small issue, my wife and I have always been pleased with the service, we will definitely continue to use this credit union for our financial needs.

  Whenever I go to the Grandville branch I am always greeted by whoever is at the desk by my name and asked how they can help me. I was there to make a deposit and pay off one of my loans it was handled great and made it so easy to get the transactions completed quickly and professionally. I am so happy for the gals working there they rock and make sure everything is okay. Thank you for your help and great service
