  Vance was incredibly helpful on getting a vehicle loan for me. He walked me through the pre approval process and explained everything well so that I could select the lowest interest rate possible for me & lock it in before going to the dealership. I recommend him and this credit union to anyone!!

  Office staff very friendly. Vance is great to work with. He helped me with refinancing and made it a smooth process. I much prefer in person than over the phone automated system.

  Vance Whettman helped me with a car loan. He is so great to work with. He knows his stuff as well especially when it comes to vehicle loans. Chartway also has great rates. I would refer anyone to Vance!

  I went to this location the staff are very friendly, I understand how much limit you can get a day. But the manager helped me to find another location, he called the other branch for me. Thank you so much I really appreciate. God bless.

  Do yourself a favor and get an account anyplace but here. I have been with Mountain America for years and love them. I decided to open a checking account with a different bank to keep personal and business separate. I wish I wouldn't have very rude no help and you cant call them you have to go in to do anything. When I went in with an issue the teller basically said it sucks to be me thee is nothing they could do and when I said I am just going to go someplace else and open an account she said okay have a nice day and then ignored me and wouldnt listen to me any more. VERY VERY RUDE PEOPLE.

  I would not recommend this bank to anyone. You can not reach them over the phone and when you go in to talk to them they are very rude.

  I have no clue how people are giving this bank low stars. Every staff member I’ve dealt with was nothing short of excellent with me. Also, if you had a bad experience with a call center, keep in mind you’re likely not speaking to someone at this bank, but rather someplace in the Southeastern US, which is where the bank is originally from.
