  Aaron Shakespear with Cardinal Financial was so amazing to work with. I purchased my home in Cedar City summer of 2021. I work throughout Utah so I had to process everything with Aaron over the phone and email. He was very professional and organized with helping me in getting my home loan processed and closed. I highly recommend using Aaron!

  Kevin Lowery was very helpful a few years ago when we first purchased our house. It was necessary to finish the closing in a very short time frame. Now that we wanted to refinance it was a given that we go back to Kevin. He makes the entire process easy and understandable. We highly recommend him for your financing needs.

  We feel very blessed that Kevin was our loan officer. He was always available to answer any questions that we may have had. We are first time home builders and we were a little out of our element. He kept us informed of any tasks that needed to be completed and walked us through the entire process. We have bought several homes over the years but this was by far the easiest loan process we’ve ever had.

  I emailed Bryce yesterday about looking into getting a home loan. He called me back that day, answered all of my questions, gave me the information I needed and was extremely helpful. I didn't feel like he would push me into anything we couldn't handle financially and he was very honest and straight forward. We will be using him for any of our home loans in the Cedar City area.   Working with Kimbeely was very easy. She did a great job of answering questions and making sure we understood the options.
