  Just tried to make a payment through the automated system. Voice says to say or enter phone number, I entered it, then it says "I can't hear you, please say something or this call will end" I said help, phone hangs up. Please please please fix your phone payment system Or at least fix your website for easy payment. It's frustrating I don't even want to make a payment today!

  I had a pre approved Auto Loan through Chartway that made it soo soo easy to purchase a vehicle once I found it the process was soo easy , smooth and seamless. Chartway was Great!

  I went in to inquire about moving my vehicle loan to Chartway at 2:30 pm 12/27/2021. At 4:15 pm the same day my loan was already processed and a check in hand. The interest rate was lower than quoted as well! A shout out to Kayden and Fred for making this happen! It's experiences like this that have kept me at the same credit union since 1988....a few name changes of course. Great job!

  Great staff at the local level trying their best to work for a company that obvioiusly has very little connection with customer service in our area. Aweful customer service at the parent company level. When contacting them several times for a seemingly simple problem, they were dismissive and not helpful with several important questions I had about setting up an account. Sad! I went to a local bank and set up exactly the same type of account in a matter of about 10 minutes!

  Nothing against this or any locations here in town...they were all fantastic back a year or two before the buyout. Taking the title from Wells Fargo, Chartway has proven to be the worst financial institution I've ever experienced. Recently decided to go ahead and convert my no-fee checking acct to one with monthly fees without permission. I use the acct ZERO!! I only kept it in case of a "For some reason my wonderful Mtn. America accts are inaccessible" scenario. So the first I heard of it was through a negative balance notification. I can't keep going as there are just too many instances and particulars...I would be writing for hours. All employees have been just fine...it's the corporatized framework and experience which are horrible. That's the reason I switched from Wells to Southwest Community. Welcome to the machine fellow members! I'm out!

  This bank was great when it was LOCAL (SUFCU and then SWFCU). Then Chartway took over, bringing in their people and policies, making it the worst place to bank in the area. I am giving it a one because I can't give zero.

  I have some personal accounts at Chartway so I thought it would be easy to set up a small business checking account, Wrong! over a week later and the account still isn't set up! Not sure I could recommend Chartway to anyone at this point!!

  The local customer service is OK, but the corporate customer service is amazing!! Any time that I have an issue, someone at their corporate office has it fixed within minutes over the phone.

  Been a member for about 3 years! When I walk in they know who I am, greeting me with a hello how are you, everytime. They are very helpful with any questions I have and very friendly as individuals, also funny! I appreciate all the help they have done for me. And I'm proud to be a regular member!
