  our experience with Fairway was unbelievable. we were cleared for our loan a week before closing. Corey, our loan manager, was always available to answer questions. a super shout-out goes to Kristina, our loan processor. she was super responsive and on top of everything -- she made sure nothing slipped through the cracks. i highly recommend Fairway; they have a fantastic and experienced team; their customer support was exceptional. if i had to do it again, i wouldn't do this process with anyone else.

  Fairway did an excellent job helping close on my first property. My agent and I contact Corey and his team, and they immediately got things done.   The process was easy and seamless. The minute we got in contact the Corey and his team, it was straight to work. They were ready to close in under 30 days which was great ! Everyone kept telling me that the whole home buying process, especially for the first time would be a nightmare. For me, it was totally opposite.   We appreciate how helpful everyone was. They walked us through the application process and informed us on everything we would need to close on our house. For us, the process was fairly quick because they worked very efficiently. We would recommend using these lenders if you are looking to buying a home.

  Mike was very proactive and took on responsibilities outside of the scope of his duties when we realized how unorganized the seller’s attorney’s and agent were when it came to providing key information to the underwriters. He stepped in at key moments to keep things moving along. For example, the management company did not provide the RFR after multiple e-mails and calls and Mike was instrumental in finally getting the necessary paperwork to the attorney’s the night before the closing.
