  I've been banking with Charlotte State Bank for many years now. I love how friendly & professional they are. I haven't had any problems that couldn't be quickly & easily resolved. It saddened me to find out that the Harborview branch had to close. COVID-19 really hit a lot of businesses in our area. Keep it up Charlotte State Bank!! 😊😊

  This is what community banking should be about. A great group of very friendly staff that are just as nice as in person as they are on phone. My only wish is that they would offer different designs for debit cards, and that they were integrated with Plaid to make moving money easier. But overall 5 star service for a group of people that truly care and go out of their way to be polite, professional and friendly. Nice to be able to go in and sit down with a banker that knows your name and will explain all the options for whatever you are trying to do they have a great mobile app, and locations in Charlotte and Sarasota counties (North Port). I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great local bank that will be there to help manage life's obstacles and plan ahead for your future.

  They open my business account in seconds to go in the paperwork everything was a done deal easy no problems but then when it came time to open my personal account little bit of a headache so I can't really speak for that I know my business account I get texts every time I get transactions excetera butt sometimes it's just I don't know it's been a struggle trying to open a personal
