  Just moved to Charlotte from SC and had to change banks. I asked around and was told to try Charlotte Metro Credit Union... I'm very glad that I did. I went in today and basically opened an account within minutes. Katie at the desk was perfect and ready to assist. Destiney was my advisor and opened my account. She was really cool to chat with today! They are both very personable and friendly! In the future, I will definitely recommend using this bank! 🏦

  Gave me a Second Chance checking account with no mobile or ATM deposit abilities like this is punishment for having a PAID negative balance from a previous bank and not to mention I have a good standing checking account since 2015 at another institution. Credit Unions use to be for the people but now they're clearly for themselves.

  Delisha is AMAZING!!! She helped with my first auto loan and getting my first car. If anyone needs help with this process, I definitely recommending her!
