      What an absolute rude and arrogant company. We are a young family NEEDING to buy on a work relocation. We aren't just tire kickers. We came in the model home on Saturday afternoon after looking at some other homes to see what the quality of Singh homes could offer. Well that didn't get far as the agent that was attending would not even allow us to see the model. We did disclose we were having to work with an agent and since they weren't with us, we could not even enter the model home. The agent or builder should not worry, we will not be back with or without our agent. Talk about a bad first impression. Being a young professional that utilizes internet review sites, I will hope others will be able to look at this review and caution themselves when trying to deal with these builders. Thankfully Singh isn't the only builder in that market but they sure act like they are.
