  Lajde was absolutely amazing, she helped my wife and I with all of our problems. We came into the branch alittle late without an appointment but she made sure to help us and took her time explaining everything as well. This is easily my go-to branch in the area.

  I've been with Huntington for years and they're not bad overall in fact most are nice, however since the mask policies have been enforced some of them have been rude in their approach to telling people to put the mask over your nose. My issue is not to blame them for following mandates , it's the rudeness of how they say it, very harsh as if you're 10 years old, and all I'm trying to do is pull it down so I can feel good about speaking without the mask fogging up my glasses and making it difficult to do banking. Sara is the worst and Mike is a close second at their lack of patience. Another point is if they're protected with a pane of glass and a mask they're just fine.

  I walked into the bank to open a checking account and from the get-go the woman who “helped” us was extremely rude. I walked in and complimented the bank for how nice it looks and she replies “What’s so nice about it?” and kept trying to subtly suggest that I leave by saying that it takes 45 minutes to open an account and then stated that she’d have to ask questions (which of course she would, that’s her job) and then stated that the checking account promotion I found online needed a higher amount for the first deposit to which I pointed out that she was looking at the wrong offer so I just excused ourselves and went to the next closest huntington and everything went perfectly there

  Jenny M. is AMAZING, and that’s an understatement! She is very friendly AND professional/knowledgeable. Can’t wait until I see her again for some more helpful tips about financing and saving. Nowhere else I’d rather bank with!!!

  The manager here, I believe her name is Jody. She is horrible, no help and will hold your account hostage if she dosent like what you have to say. DO NOT bank here, I don't trust that women with my money for a second. But I will say the tellers here are wonderful!

  I was the victim of scam and went to this bank, the bank manager, Jenny Morale helped me and explained to me how to know when there is a scam in the form of check. The staff are very friendly and they go out of their ways to solve your problem.

  Employees are less efficient than a pack of monkeys. Clerks don't even know what a Susan B. Anthony is or how to count $2 Bill. Glad I moved my large accounts to VIBE years ago, still don't know why I still come here for my other accounts. I'm done. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND TALK TO VERONICA BROTHERS OR ANY OTHER STAFF MEMBER FROM VIBE CREDIT UNION.

  I always have great experiences here and the ladies here help me out the best they can and I've had no real problems with them. Can definitely recommend this bank.

  Why can't I get anybody to answer the phone? I have been trying for seriously 5 business days now.
