      In this day and age where everything is online and there's an app for that, it's nice to have a physical location to go to and talk finance with professional people, and Schwab is just that. I've been a Schwab customer for 30 years and have been visiting the San Mateo branch for about 15 years, and have never had an experience that was anything but excellent.

      They are not open right now. I work security for this building and I see people come and go all day just to find out its close.
