  This place has awful customer service. Went there to discuss my account and drop off something and hung around for half an hour and was told to move off to a waiting room. They don't value your time at all. After that went over to Fidelity Investor Center down the road and got taken care of right away, and overall had a much better experience. Avoid.

  They provide many free seminars about investment, retirement plan, managing your money, etc., on their website and at this location. Very helpful, I learn a lot from them. I’m currently starting in stock trading on my own, and make profits, so far. BTW – you can park your car at the municipal parking on Spring Street, a block away from this office at low cost.

  Personnel very welcoming and knowledgeable and all right procedures taken for protection against virus. Good investment brokers. Parking on street with meters.

  I am very frustrated that this branch has been closed for over 6 months with no access. Other banks have a drive thru option which allowed them to be open this whole time. Many banks have allowed people to walk into their bank for two or three months by now. This place mine as well close.
