  DON'T TRUST THE BANKERS HERE. Their professionalism is absolutely the worst and they give you questionable if not outright wrong advice on their own products. I was recommended by them to apply for their auto loan, with them knowing I'm an international student. After my application was completed, I was informed that they actually don't give auto loans to people on F-1 visas, regardless of your credit score. The manager there did not inform me of that in advance (the rule is nowhere to be found on their website either). I was basically tricked into applying for a product that I'm not eligible for. Now I have to live with a hard pull on my credit history, which will drag down my credit score for 2 years. Just remember that they don't take responsibility for any advice they give you on banking. I personally will never bank with them ever again. Fooled me once...

  Went into Bank of Amercia to open estate account for my late father. Forget the facet they don’t offer you water like Wells Fargo...after sitting their 30 min they said they were unable to open account bc of wording on surrogate paper. My lawyer warned me this might happen and said to call her to explain the language to the bank. The banker (name begins with an So..) refused to speak to my attorney who was already on the phone and said there were “no managers working that day”....strange. She said this all as walking away and basically just turned and walked away in a very rude, curt manner. Walked down the street to weeks Fargo and they had no problem setting account, were very friendly, and, as it was 95 degrees got us water! Will never go to a BoA again, the customer service was atrocious and according to my attorney the information they even gave me was wrong, but they also refused to speak to her. I would not recommend this bank especially for those who just lost a loved one and trying to make an already difficult situation worse by being blown off, given no information, unable to speak to manager, and banker unwilling to speak to my estate attorney. We may even have been waved toward the door as she walked away from me screaming she “wasn’t authorized” to speak anymore. I’m still in shock by the way my brother and I were treated simply looking to open an estate account, check in hand.

  Worst experience. I've been twice at that location Mostafa Aamer was rude, He doesn't know what to do. My first time there Mostafa had a bad cold, the bank allowed him to work in that condition. The second time he doesn't know anything about the procedures and also was rude. Please do not go there.

  Poor customer service who can't listen to the question and responding accordingly. Put me on hold for a long time just to get rid of me because she can't answer my question or provide question that is not related to the question.

  Not a bad bank average I guess, only problem with it sometimes it smells like piss inside and sometimes one slow teller at a time
