  For a huge company, they do some really STUPID things. Case in point. For years, 10+ at this point, I've been on the paperless documents option. I haven't received anything on paper from them for years. But, every few months they send an email suggesting I "Go Paperless". This means that this huge company is too stupid, or lazy, to check whether you're already on Paperless before sending the email. I think it's time to find a new brokerage.

  Updated review from 2021: (5 stars) Looks like they changed their investment limit policy. Super helpful staff and available to answer a wide range of questions. Glad to see this branch now provides assistance to the average Mainer. Previous review from 2019: (1 star) Couldn't make an appointment here as they only cater individuals with at least $500,000 invested. Not available for the average Maine resident. Lame.

  This office has been to work with, the advisors are very knowledgeable and friendly, always willing to help. I would highly recommend this office to anyone.

  Appointment only... can't just walk in and do business like a normal bank. Ridiculously inconvenient.
