  I worked with Charlie Camp on a suggestion from my realtor. Charlie was amazing from start to finish. He was very attentive and accessible, even in this very busy market. I was able to get approved on a moments notice and close within 30 days on my new home. I knew nothing of this process before starting it but Charlie was able to guide me through it with no issues. Champions also gave me a great rate and very personal service. It was truly the local "good guy" experience. I highly suggest working with them if you are in the market to purchase a home.

  Charlie represented the Buyers on a listing in Suntree that we recently closed on. This was the first time we worked together and he was one of the best, if not the BEST lenders I have worked with. Very professional and an easy to work with. Charlie always reached out to me and sent me e-mails with updates on the lending process and his clients' mortgage status. He made the entire lending process very smooth. There were no surprises and we closed on time. I highly recommend working with Charlie. He won't disappoint!

  What to say about Mike Paul with Champions Mortgage. I am so pleased to have been in his presence! He is example of true professionalism and takes his job very seriously. He was ALWAYS available at anytime. He completed my VA loan under 30 days from start to finish. I highly recommend him and I have been. I can not thank Mike enough for the smooth process in getting me into my 1st home! Exemplary service..... He rocks!!!

  They are great. Mike Paul went far and beyond to help us but our new home. He was amazing and we loevworkinh with them and of course the results. We have our new home!!!! We were having trouble with other companies because an old timeshare but that wasn't a problem for them. We had to go through an underwriter and Mike Paul help us all the way. He answer our calls and messages quickly, work by our side, he even make calls for us. He is amazing. We truly recommend Champions Mortgage and Mike Paul. ;)

  Mike Paul from Champions Mortgage was recommended to me by my real estate agent. Mike is very thorough and guided me through all the information needed in in order to get pre-approved. He worked hard given the specifics of my situation of wanting to purchase a home prior to selling my residence. His guidance and expertise gained me the approval that I needed.
