  We were very happy we chose Chad for our mortgage. We bought a home with another family and Chad was able to help us through the process while keeping all of our financial information confidential and independent of each other. As out of town buyers, Chad was able to coordinate the closing process to allow us to sign all the papers at home with no issues. Overall it was a very smooth process with no issues or surprises.
