  Chad and his team at Synergy One Lending have been great to work with on our recent home purchase in February 2021. The entire team has been very responsive during the process, which allowed us to have good visibility into the financing status. The lender's website was easy to navigate and to communicate with the lending team (i.e., uploading documents, viewing status/progress), which provides much greater transparency than compared with other lenders we have worked with over the years. I highly recommend Chad to anyone looking for competitive financing terms and a professional team that will work towards a timely loan closing, and I would most certainly choose his company again for our most recent transaction.

  Chad and his team have been very helpful through the years. Chad will check with us every year to see if any of home finance needs have changed. He is also communicating to us if rates have changed enough to help us save money. Communication is easy when things go well but when the bumps in the road happen (which they do) the communication doesn't waiver.   Team Hawk was excellent from start to finish. Chad's strategic guidance and planning during the application phase were on point. His advice and check-ins to finalize the overall mortgage features (rate, % down, etc.) were intelligent and logical. Bryanna's management of the day-to-day requirements (documents, signatures, etc.) was very efficient. She was responsive to all questions and was on top of every single detail.
