  In the last year I had to do two separate real estate transactions, and I could not have done them without Juan Mancheno. His knowledge of loans, real estate was the reason our difficult transaction happened, but along the way he also helped educate us on all the whens and whys of the process. I am more confident in my knowledge of my loan and the market because he was so transparent with everything he did with our file. His staff has been responsive, professional, and helpful in coordinating the tour of the prospective homes, the furniture installation, and the final pickup. Additionally, his office is very effective at what they do, as all the listings we have staged for him have sold very, very quickly...furniture installation to final pickup/settlement, he has the fastest transaction time of any realtor we've worked with.

  Juan helped us last year to purchase our first home.
