  I’ve been working with CFO Strategies for almost a year now. Their knowledge of the construction industry and how to process information is outstanding! They were able to quickly assess the problems we had with our lack of internal controls and missing information, coordinate staff responsibilities, and reconcile our accounts. Thanks to CFO Strategies, in six months we had internal financial statements for all of our companies. Working with a professional like Seth Gross has been a true benefit in helping us coordinate and understand our information, manage our staff, and provide the ability to make better, faster business decisions.   Al, Jay, and the entire CFO Strategies team are extremely responsive and amazing. I worked with several "accounting firms" in the past and spoke to many other companies and even consultants. These guys by far are the best. Not only value for money but I never thought as a small business I'd be able to afford these types of higher level services. In addition to bookkeeping, they provide me with financial reports monthly and an analysis of my incoming and outgoing cash. I now understand how my business is doing, what my cash looks like and a good estimate of what my cash will look like. They respond so quickly to any questions or requests I have and even work with my bank. Next we are working on profit margins by products. I highly recommend them and I am thankful I can stop shopping around for accounting and business solutions. They truly care about me and my company and that goes a long way.

  The team at CFO Strategies have been awesome prior to the pandemic, but during the pandemic they really stepped up. They used to perform services on-site and virtually, but with the pandemic they moved to an all remote capacity due to our own safety concerns. The service is just as good, if not better, they are always accessible and accommodating and I actually think my company is more efficient. I would definitely recommend them if you want a clear understanding of how your business is doing financially and what the numbers mean on the various financial statements.
