      Haven't been to this location in well over ten years but I used to bank at this location and cash my paycheck here every week. They had great friendly and speedy service, with a penny arcade

      Most of the employees at this branch are competent and kind, especially Noel. Unfortunately, I have too often been forced to deal with Shefali, who has been rude and demeaning, and should not be allowed to deal with customers!!! Were it not for her, I would have given the branch 5 stars.

      Several times there was a sign posted on the door "LOBBY CLOSED". Went by the drive-by and the woman told me they are understaffed so they cannot open. What kind of a bank is this? Can access my safety deposit box or get a certified bank check. I have been banking here for approximately 12-14 years, and it is getting worse. Thinking of changing banks very soon.
