  Once again total lack of customer service. I requested hard copies of my bank statements, including all check images, for 2021. I questioned the employee about the files. I asked if all 2021 statements were there, she said yes. I asked if all statements had check images, she said yes. Neither one of those statements was accurate. Half of 2021 and no check images whatsoever. When I commented about the error another employee told me I should have requested the check images. I did! So $70 dollars and incorrect. I have had so much difficulty dealing with Umpqua during my husband's declining health & passing it has added quite a bit of stress. Can't wait until estate is settled and move to customer oriented bank.

  Umpqua bank has been our favorite for several years now! They are always super friendly and helpful. I've never gotten charged a weird fee and they don't change policies all the time like other banks we've tried. Best bank ever!

  Can't believe drive through does not open until 9 Bad banking in my opinion

  Banking with Umpqua has always been a wonderful experience, and recently Brooke at the Oakway Branch went above and beyond the call of duty to help me with my account 's. You are truly the World's Greatest Bank!!

  The stated benefit of a mortgage originated with Umpqua bank when I bought my house was they'd service the lifetime of the loan regardless of who it's sold to. This month I received notice that they're transferring the servicing to another provider. After calling, the bank is unwilling to continue to honor this agreement.

  Only umpqua bank location I actually enjoy going to. They're always friendly and help me when I have questions about my account. If I could rate them a 10 i would! 😁

  They are not open when they say they are. Posted hours on website & on building (doors & windows) do not reflect the true hours they are actually open.
